I have the external cannisters with the single adjust for rebound/dampening. They have been great and I absolutely love them.

Have used them for unusual events where quick changes in ride and setup are important. They work like a champ.

You can change all four very fast. In fact, one time it was pretty funny. I had been at the track the day before and forgot to change back to what I call my "Coupe de Ville" ride. My wife was with me and commented on how harsh the ride was. I said, "Oh right I forgot to make the change." At the next red light I got out and changed all four dampers before it turned green.
