Mike Young took first prize in the Shell Technology Enterprise Programme Business Process Section. Mike's project was to reduce waste within our manufacturing process and involved bringing in the principles of Lean Manufacturing. Long term this project will reduce our leadtimes and costs delivering benefits to both our customers and ourselves. Many congratualations to Mike.
